Eight teams qualified for the Fall Finals 2022. Previously obtained their quota: OG, Natus Vincere, Team Liquid, FaZe Clan, G2 Esports and Ninjas in Pyjamas through their performances at the BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2022. Team Heroic, on the other hand, made it through Showdown 2022.

BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2022 will take place November 23-27, 2022 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Teams are fighting for a prize pool of $425,000 and a slot at BLAST Premier: World Final 2022.
