Minecraft 1.11 (Full Version)

The experimental version 1.11 for Android gadgets, has received a lot of innovations. Alas, but there are also obvious problems, which the developers are notified about, and promise to fix in the new release.

Right now Meinkraft 1.10.0 is still under development, but version 1.11.0.1 is already available for testing and practically dotted with innovations, which we will talk about now.

Problem fixes and innovations in version 1.11.0

The village merchant has a completely new character interaction interface for Pocket UI and Classic. There are also innovations affecting rogue raids:

• the standard raid mob got unique Hero of the Village and Bad Omen effects, showing that the character doesn’t like outlaws;
• horn sound got a new placeholder;
• an explosion sound has been introduced, indicating that the character was able to defend himself against the raid.

Other innovations and improvements

• Regarding villagers and settlers
• villagers in existing worlds are now turned into new villagers;
• farmers determine their future specialization based on the compost block rather than the farmland block;
• villagers – librarians now walk to work more naturally;
• a bug involving the loss of jobs after worlds restart has been fixed;
• buildings in settlements are no longer created “on the pile;
• all chests in the village now have some sort of loot;
• grass and bells are now placed normally;
• centers of villages will be generated above or at water level – they are no longer in danger of flooding;
• a problem that caused parts of villages to be underground has been fixed;
• the number of jobs in Bedrock is much better balanced;
• animals will come back to the settlements;
• terracotta blocks now rotate without bugs;
• layers of snow are now generated without bugs;
• Iron Golem now does not appear outside the cage;
• the number of outposts is significantly reduced;
• villagers can no longer teleport over walls and get stuck in them.

The beast of the village has a new name – Destroyer. He also got a lot more abilities, and you can interact with him in new ways. For example, when the Destroyer runs, he can destroy blocks near him:

• leaves;
• melons;
• bushes (berry and dead bushes);
• carrots;
• potatoes;
• turtle eggs;
• ferns;
• pumpkins;
• mushrooms;
• tree trunks;
• wheat;
• borage;
• sugar cane;
• bamboo;
• grass;
• snow;
• seedlings;
• lilies.

The developers also added a new sound to the game, coming from the Destroyer.   The economic system is still under development, and the programmers from Mojang promise to introduce a lot of innovations related to it into the game very soon.

Innovations in version 1.11.0 for Android smartphones and tablets

The mobile version of the game also got a lot of-anything new:

• Pillager Patrols can now be generated all over the world;
• the bunker will get new features in version 1.11.0.1 (not yet implemented);
• new elements of sound, graphics, and the Grindstone interface have been added;
• the bell now has many more different functions: it has a new sound; it rings if a character passes near it; it breaks if you press it with a piston; arrows bounce when you hit it;
• the fire has also received more functions: you can cook food on it; the particles of the fire make sounds; smoke comes from the fire if you put it out;
• stone can now be cut with an increased set of functions.

For the creators of addons and maps for MeInkraft, the developers also prepared a couple of good news. So, enthusiastic programmers will no longer be annoyed by the mass of frequent crashes and lags. Map development will now be much more pleasant and easier.
