“Old Love – III” is the twentieth story mission in the game Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2). This detailed guide will help you complete all stages of the “Old Love – III” mission, including obtaining all gold medals for 100% completion.

The mission “Old Love – III” becomes available after you read Mary’s first letter in the camp. The mission is provided by Mary Linton in the second chapter of the game, which takes place in New Hanover.

To get the gold medal you will need to peacefully persuade the scales to let Jamie go and return Jamie to Mary within 2 minutes.

Your task is to go to the meeting place of the scales and find Jamie. The scales do not welcome outsiders, so you will have to convince them to let Jamie go.

Unfortunately, Jamie has plans of his own and runs away.

You will have to chase him on horseback until the train blocks your path.

This is followed by a cut scene in which Jamie pulls out a revolver.

Your job is to slowly press R2/RT so Arthur can get close to his gun and quickly knock the weapon out of Jamie’s hands before he can kill himself.

After that, you need to get Jamie back to Mary. Jamie is shocked by what has happened, but is ready to go back to Mary.

Our final task is to get Jamie back to Mary within 2 minutes. Meet Mary at Valentine’s Station and get there in 2 minutes to fulfill this requirement.

After that, the mission “Old Love – III” in Red Dead Redemption 2 is completed. The next mission is “Sheep and Goats”.
