The deep space colony on the planet Valaka, codenamed PE-59, has been completely destroyed by the Arachnids, and the Vanguard is sent to reclaim it. Upon landing, your reliable assault rifle, the Morita, construction tools, and your fellow Vanguard soldiers are all that will help you survive while exploring the hostile surface of Valaka.

Reclaim and rebuild bases, construct refineries, and complete various side missions to wrest control of territory from the Bugs. The huge and detailed map with multiple unique zones provides incredible replayability, and battling hordes of hundreds of enemy Bugs on screen gives a sense of being part of a staggering planetary struggle!
Choose the Hunter, Operator, or Siege Gunner class that best suits your playstyle and supports your team. With the intuitive “Ping” system, you can stay in touch with your teammates, sharing information about interesting locations, enemies, and more. As you progress in the game, you will unlock new weapons, gear, and bonuses for each class, becoming an elite soldier of the “Deep Space Vanguard”! More customization options will become available as the game develops.
During missions, the Bug threat level will increase, and larger and more dangerous enemies will join the fight. You’ll need to take cover to have any chance of victory. Build walls, towers, ammunition stations, and other structures using resources gathered from the planet through refineries to fend off Bug attacks until the Fleet arrives. At the start of access, you’ll face drones, warriors, snipers, plasma grenadiers, and elite Tiger Bug enemies, and it will only get tougher!
“Starship Troopers: Extermination” is being developed in collaboration with the community. The reduced price during the initial early access stage is our way of encouraging soldiers to join the Vanguard. We are on the front lines together with our community and ready to listen to their feedback to turn the game from early access into a full launch.
