Extremely OK Games has received a lot of positive feedback from critics and gamers for their platform game Celeste. At The Game Awards 2022, the team announced their new game in this genre, which is called Earthblade. Details about this game are not yet known.
The Earthblade game will star a character named Névoa, described as “the mysterious child of Destiny.” In the game, players will have to fight various enemies, explore a vast and seamless world, and discover secrets. Game events will unfold in the ruins of the world, inhabited by different characters, both friendly and hostile. The graphics of the game are made in the style of pixel art.
Earthblade will be released in 2024. So far, it is known that the game will only be available on computers through the Steam platform. Other platforms are not yet listed.
