Mafia III: Definitive Edition is a set of add-ons for the game Mafia III. Speaking of the plot, it is simple and tasteful. The main character’s adoptive family is betrayed and killed by gangsters, but Lincoln doesn’t give up and creates a new criminal organization capable of opposing the dangerous Italian mafia. After getting himself together, the main character embarks on a hunt for all the offenders of his loved ones.
The Definitive Edition of Mafia III includes the main gameplay, story expansions, and a complete set of bonus packs. The storyline takes the player to the city of New Bordeaux – a huge world controlled by a mob and adorned with landmarks and sounds of the 1960s. The main character, Lincoln Clay, is an orphan and a Vietnam War veteran. He is obsessed with seeking revenge for the death of his adoptive family.
The player is offered to choose their preferred style of play – brute force, firearms, or “stalk and kill” tactics to crush the mafia. Building a new criminal empire can be done in one’s own way, deciding which allies will be rewarded and which will be betrayed.
