The release of Tekken 8 is tentatively scheduled for early 2024, as announced by the game’s producer and director, Katsuhiro Harada, during a recent interview.
Harada stated that while Tekken 7 has already been confirmed as a participant in the EVO Japan 2023 fighting tournament, scheduled for late March or early April, it would be “great” if the tournament led to the release of Tekken 8.
However, he also noted that it depends on how things unfold, and if there are any difficulties in the development, the game’s release may be postponed.
Tekken 8 is being developed for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
