Call of Duty: Warzone Esports Player Banned for Cheating Mid-Tournament with a $75,000 Prize Pool
The Twitch Rivals Warzone Showdown is still ongoing, with a prize pool of $75,000 at stake. During the competition, one of the players was caught cheating right in the middle of the tournament. The desire for money often drives players to resort to forbidden methods to win, but they eventually get caught one way or another. Participants were required to play 5 matches, competing against each other.
All the points earned were recorded on the leaderboard. Many strange things happened during the competition, and only a few players noticed the cheater’s manipulations. A streamer from Britain realized that something was amiss and quickly posted about it on his Twitter account. According to him, not only he but many other participants in the competition noticed that one of the players was cheating.
The tournament administration immediately took action, starting with monitoring all the suspects. After that, the administration, led by the main streamers, announced that the participation in the event was being terminated. The accused, DavskaR, is a popular streamer from the Czech Republic and a Twitch partner.
There's currently a Warzone Europe Twitch Rivals event going on, with matches happening in a *custom lobby*, and there's a hacker in it.

In the video, you can clearly see the player’s crosshair literally snapping onto the heads of opponents, even when there are many obstacles in the way. The situation was thoroughly investigated, and the administrators decided to disqualify the player.
