Begrip returns to CS:GO after rebranding
Begrip, an organization known in Sweden, has announced a return to the CS:GO professional scene after a brand refresh. The team intends to start competing with a revamped look and image. In an interview for Fragbite, Begrip CEO Andreas “krypt” Naaman said that the organization will focus on developing Swedish players, as it has earned a good reputation in the past.
We went back to our Counter-Strike roots when Begrip took Swedish talent internationally. There are many organizations that are lost in the Swedish scene, but Begrip is not one of them. We have opportunities to help future stars take the next step in their careers. We teach young people how cyber sport works and what it takes to become a professional player or streamer. There is a lot of talent in Sweden that deserves to be in the spotlight, but many organizations unfortunately lack the knowledge, experience or financial support.
The Begrip lineup will be announced in the near future. In addition, the organization intends to hold a number of tournaments in online and LAN formats for Swedish players. Begrip was founded in 2000 and has built its reputation by featuring players such as Patrick “f0rest” Lindberg, Patrick “cArn” Sattermon, Robert “RobbaN” DahlstrΓΆm, BjΓΆrn “THREAT” Pearce and Christopher “GeT_RiGhT” Alesund.
