MAJ3R: ESL Pro League Season 18 – the last tournament in CS:GO
Eternal Fire’s captain, Engin “MAJ3R” Kupeli, believes that ESL Pro League Season 18 will mark the end of a significant era in the world of CS:GO. He shared his thoughts in an interview with Pley.gg.
“I think ESL Pro League Season 18 will be the last tournament in CS:GO. I don’t have any inside information, but based on my instincts and comparing the data about CS2, I believe this will be the final event in CS:GO,” stated MAJ3R.
Kupeli also discussed his team’s plans for ESL Pro League Season 18, emphasizing their determination to showcase their best performance and advance to the playoffs:
“It’s crucial for us to succeed at ESL Pro League Season 18. It’s the biggest tournament we have today, so it’s essential for us to make a strong impression. We’re going to do everything possible to advance from the group stage,” MAJ3R said.
Previously, FaZe player Howard “rain” Naigard also expressed his belief that ESL Pro League Season 18 would be the last event in CS:GO before the professional scene transitions to Counter-Strike 2.
