Scandal Involving 322 Matches by Hobbit in CS:GO

A member of the main roster of the esports team Cloud9 hobbit has issued an official statement regarding recent allegations. Recall that the blogger Raiz and Hobbit exchanged comments on social media, where the former pointed to 200% evidence that the athlete participated in match-fixing. Specifically, in 322 matches in the discipline of CS:GO. There is even a video published by Rustam Alimkulov, where it is clearly seen and heard how hobbit mentions the aforementioned events.

So, quite recently, amid the Cloud9 scandal, hobbit made his comments to the public. He stated that he did not participate in any match-fixing and intends to defend his reputation in the upcoming investigations initiated by the ESIC organization.

Interestingly, even before the publication of the controversial video, another esports player, Chris chrisJ de Jong, had already criticized Hobbit for possible involvement in match-fixing. However, the public did not pay much attention to the accusations, justifying it as competition between players. Today, the situation has changed dramatically, as independent experts have what many consider to be undeniable evidence.

While blogger Raiz continues to hype and calls on esports fans to seriously consider Hobbit’s integrity, we have to wait for ESIC’s official decision regarding the future of both the esports player and his team. Recall that the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 with a prize pool of 1 million dollars will run until May 22.
