Major Changes in Patch 1.3 and the First DLC for Cyberpunk 2077.

In their recent livestream, the CD Projekt RED team announced many new features and changes that the patch 1.3 will bring to the game. They also touched on the topic of free DLC.

The DLC will be released simultaneously with the patch. There is no exact date for when this will happen, but the developers themselves have promised fans that it will happen very soon.

New Features in the DLC

In the new DLC, developers will delight players with a new appearance for Johnny Silverhand. New jackets will be added, which will become available to the player after completing a necessary quest. Also, a new vehicle called the “Bandit” will be added. You will also be able to obtain this vehicle after completing a quest.

The developers have stated that this patch will be the largest in the history of the game. Patch 1.3 will touch practically all aspects of the game. Much will be fixed and added.

Specific Changes in Patch 1.3 Cyberpunk

  • Prices for some items have been adjusted;
  • Now, if you use non-lethal weapons against people, the police will issue an arrest warrant;
  • You will receive offers from fixers to buy vehicles less frequently;

  • The number of save slots has been increased to 20 instead of 10, the same goes for quick saves;

  • Jackie’s pistol characteristics have been modified;
  • Difficulty now affects the time it takes to detect enemies;
  • Some graphical elements, such as reflection effects, have been improved;
  • Links have been added to the database journal;
  • During high difficulty enemy encounters, opponents pose a much greater threat;
  • You can now use elevators to move even when carrying a body;
  • The appearance of Barry in one of the missions has been changed.

Let’s not forget about more global issues related to graphics, music, and animations. They have also been addressed by the developers. All missions have been reviewed, and all errors have been fixed. Bugs and crashes have also been addressed.

Improvements for PC

PC owners can be pleased. On the PC version, an issue where notifications were displayed incorrectly on 8K screens has been fixed. Problems with crashes have also been addressed. Now, in the game, you can switch between full-screen and windowed mode using a keyboard button. You can also change the mouse cursor to a smaller version. You can exit scanning by pressing the appropriate button.

Console Improvements

Console owners have also received numerous fixes. First of all, the dead zone issue in both the game and the menu has been fixed. A quirky bug that allowed characters to talk after death has been fixed. Some graphical improvements have also been made. Save files will no longer be corrupted even if there is not enough space for overwrites. All missions have been reviewed, and all errors have been fixed. Your equipment now has its own slots when taken from the inventory.
