The developers had initially planned to postpone Halo Infinite, but later decided to complete what they had started after the release.

The Halo Infinite development team has shared the latest updates regarding the game. Naturally, there are some nuances, as is often the case. Players can expect to see the update later this year. Fans of the multiplayer mode will have to wait a bit longer, though. The cooperative mode won’t be available in the game until several months after the release, meaning in 2022. Initially, the developers planned to release the game alongside the consoles. However, for some reason, they decided that the game was finally ready for release, and additional content could be added later. The project is slated for release around November or December of this year.

In addition to the delayed multiplayer experience, a high-quality level editor will also be released after the game’s launch, but it will be delayed by about six months. Insiders will have the opportunity to preview it soon. This news pleased few, as the developers plan to finalize the project as quickly as possible, adding numerous innovations. Most likely, the second phase of closed testing will begin, where new modes can be seen, along with a large number of participants.
