Chernobylite Guide – How to hack locks.
While exploring locations in Chernobylite, players will encounter numerous locked doors. There are far more of them than lockpicks available in the open world. The game marks each blocked passage on the map. Players will have to find a way through the locked door.
To gain access to locked rooms and, most importantly, find valuable loot, players will need to craft lockpicks themselves. The crafting requirements are relatively straightforward in terms of resources.
Lockpicking tools can be considered the most valuable consumable in a player’s arsenal. Before starting the crafting process, you need to build a special laser cutter, a generator, and a workbench. The requirements are as follows:
- Cutter – requires 12 parts, 10 electronic components, and 8 fuel;
- Workbench – 4 parts, 8 electronic components, and 4 fuel.
Once the industrial workbench is constructed, you can start producing lockpicks from 2 mechanical parts and 1 chemical. After that, no locked door will be an obstacle. As players progress through the game, they can expect a lot of positive emotions and won’t get bored. Get ready to dive into a vivid and exciting adventure.
