We are in the middle of the ocean.

On a tanker, hidden from the rest of the world, scientists conduct experiments on children to harness the supernatural effects of an artifact found at the bottom of the sea.

After almost a decade of research, something goes wrong and the artifact explodes, spreading a looming corruption throughout the ship and infecting all its passengers.

You play as Riley, a young sea pig who seems to be the only survivor after the infection. Escape from the tanker and unlock new abilities that lie dormant within you.

This original product was fully developed by nearly thirty students from the 2021-2022 Campus ADN group, a state video game school in the center of Montreal, as part of a 15-week production project at the end of their education under the guidance of about ten industry professionals.

Forbidden Escape is a third-person game with puzzles and combat, blending supernatural encounters and platforming.

Explore various linear levels of Exodus and follow Riley’s intriguing encounter with Inspect, an alien artifact, as she tries to escape from the only home she has ever known.
