Mirror’s Edge is a cross-platform computer game in the parkour genre, developed and published by EA Digital Illusions CE. The game was released in 2008 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
In Mirror’s Edge, the player controls a character named Faith Connors, who works as a courier in a future city where life is highly valued and where the police often follow their own laws. Connors uses her parkour skills to run on rooftops and vertical surfaces of the city to deliver ultra-secret packages that cannot be delivered by conventional means.
The gameplay of Mirror’s Edge focuses on running, acrobatics, urban parkour, and puzzle-solving. The player will also have to avoid or eliminate enemies who try to hinder them. At the same time, they must follow the blue lines to find a safe path through the city.
