The new release of Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare has been postponed due to events in the USA
The creators of the cult shooter supported the protests in the United States and decided to postpone indefinitely the release of new in-game content.
Recall that the murder in Minneapolis by a police officer of African-American George Floyd became a very high-profile event. Yesterday Sony together with Electronic Arts held a small meeting, and just this night the Call of Duty developer announced that new releases of the game will be postponed indefinitely.
New in-game content was supposed to be added on June 3. Most likely, the planned will not be realized until after the protests in the US are over.
