Leniniwtv: Why are Perfecto and Electronic leaving NaVi and where are they going?

Here’s some interesting info from the HLTV podcast for your late-night read. One of the hosts, Striker, mentioned that Perfecto and Elec might have had the option to leave the organization on their own terms. Here’s an approximate quote:

“You know, the crazy part of all this? I don’t know if it’s 100% true, but from what I can tell, the decision to remove Perfecto and Electronic from Na’Vi wasn’t made by Na’Vi themselves.

You might think it’s related to them being Russian, but as far as I can tell… You know, it doesn’t make sense. They’ve been with the team for a year and a half since the war began, and suddenly you decide: Okay, this isn’t right anymore.

From what I understand, they initiated this conversation before Na’Vi, like, we want to leave.”

If we assume that this statement is accurate, it means the players already had another offer – they probably didn’t leave without a plan. I’d bet on C9 in this scenario; it’s a powerful organization, and the players within the team are at their skill zenith. Elec and Perfecto surely know they can strengthen the roster to championship levels. It’s just a shame they never condemned the war…”
