S1mple opens up about his departure from NAVI

Viktor “sdy” Orudzhev, a former member of the Natus Vincere CS:GO team, recently shared his departure from the club on Twitter. He expressed gratitude for the valuable experience gained during his time with NAVI and his readiness to continue his career with a new team.

Hello, my dear friends and haters. NAVI and I have decided to part ways before 2023. The unique aspect here is that I never had a long-term contract with them, making me the longest-standing stand-in of all time! The experience I’ve gained during this time has been incredible.

I never thought I would learn so quickly, both in-game and out. Now, I have a profound understanding of how everything should work and how to build a great team. I’m grateful for everything we’ve achieved, and I wish them all the best. So, I’m now on the lookout for a new home where I can apply what I’ve learned and where we can gather it all together to claim trophies!

Details of Orudzhev’s departure from NAVI became public on December 30th. He had been with the club since June 2022 and achieved first place at the BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022. He has been succeeded by Andrei “npl” Kukharsky.
