Ceb: My Passion for the 4th Position – Why It’s Better Than the 3rd?

Sebastian Ceb Debs, a member of the OG Dota 2 team, recently shared his preference for playing the fourth position as a support role. He emphasized that in this role, he can have a more significant impact on the game, especially in the crucial first 10-15 minutes of the match. During this period, his actions can greatly influence the team’s success. In contrast, he believes that the third position, playing in the offlane, offers a more straightforward gameplay experience, with its benefits becoming apparent later in the game.

Dota 2, according to Ceb, is akin to chess, where everything begins from minute zero. This is why he finds the support role more appealing, as it allows him to shape the game’s early stages. He also acknowledged that playing as a support can be challenging but ultimately rewarding.
