The “Time Control” skill

The “Time Control” skill allows the Council to create a time zone in which there are numerous heroes. While in this zone, enemies take damage equal to 330% of the Owl’s attack rating, as well as the time in the zone changes by 8 seconds. Allied heroes have the duration of positive effects increased by 20%, and enemies in the zone are reduced by the same amount. When an allied hero deals damage to an enemy, the Owl gains beast energy.

At level 6, Owl gains a passive ability that at times gives the hero who deals the most damage combined temporary immunity to control effects for a period of time, as well as increasing his Stamina by 30 points for the next 5 seconds.

At level 12, the duration of most positive effects on allied heroes is increased by 30%, and on enemy heroes is reduced by the same amount. If the enemy hero is in the time zone for 3 seconds, he will be frozen in time for 2 seconds. This effect can only work once per enemy in each time zone, but cannot be used on Bosses.

At level 18, the duration of the time zone is increased to 10 seconds. Allied heroes inside the zone gain an acceleration of 40 points, and enemies have the same amount of acceleration reduced.

Beast Training.

Basic training gives the Council a passive ability that allows it to continuously watch over enemies on the battlefield, increasing allied heroes’ intuition by 10 points and damage dealt by 18%.

Medium training allows allied heroes in Owl’s time zone for 3 seconds to become invulnerable to damage and control effects for 2 seconds. This effect can only be gained by an allied hero 1 time every 20 seconds.

Advanced training gives the Owl’s Lightfinger the ability, after using the “Time Control” skill 3 times per battle, to increase the battle timer by 5 seconds. This effect can be activated only once per battle.
