Crashes After Patch 1.24 on August 6, 2020, in Warzone

Following today’s Warzone update on August 6th (patch 1.24.00), many players have been complaining about getting kicked out of the game and encountering various errors. These issues have become increasingly common, and here are some of the messages we’ve noticed in blogs:

“Another update, another 35 gigs. Crashes after launching Warzone were previously fixed with driver updates and Windows patches. Now the same issues are happening again, and updating drivers and Windows won’t help. Has anyone else experienced this, and what did you do about it?”

It’s likely that the errors will be resolved within a day, or there may be news that the developers are aware of the problems, but when they will provide a solution remains uncertain. We’ll have to wait for a small update to fix these issues.
