Winstrike Launches CS:GO Academy.

The Russian esports club Winstrike is changing its player selection policy, opening up new opportunities for aspiring players. Novices who have not achieved any professional accomplishments can apply to join the club through the social network VKontakte.

Users who submit applications will participate in a closed, multi-stage selection process. Additionally, newcomers will have the opportunity to receive training at the Winstrike Academy. The recruitment process has already started and will last for 2-3 weeks. To apply, individuals must have a minimum level of 10 in CS:GO. Users selected in the preliminary selection phase will undergo three stages of testing to demonstrate their individual and team gaming skills.

Similarly, other teams are also searching for talented members using a similar approach. The distinctive feature of Winstrike’s selection process is the closed testing, aimed at discovering new players rather than expanding the fan base.
