Will MWII have six seasons?

We’ve known for a while now that the game will be fully supported for 2 years, not a year as usual and there will be no new standalone Call of Duty in 2023. This hasn’t been talked about officially, but it has been said on the League in passing.

But along with downloading the game you are given 6 0-5 licenses, these licenses in MW, CW and VG correspond to seasons 1-6.

It seems unlikely to me that the seasons will make it 4 months each, especially considering the reboot of the first season is already December 14, less than a month after launch.

I think Warzone 2.0 will have 12 MWII seasons, but MWII will have 6, and you have to buy 6 more in the fall, on top of that there will be maps and a campaign supplement, if rumors are to be believed.

I really hope I’m wrong.
