CS2 update for today, 7.06.2023

In case you missed the latest CS2 updates, let’s quickly go over the key points.

Map Change: Dust II has given way to Mirage. This is a significant change in the game landscape that is sure to affect players’ strategies and tactics.
New Buying System: The buying wheel has been REPLACED by a table similar to the one used in Valorant. You can now customize your weapon selection by category: PPs, rifles, pistols, with five slots for each category.
Weapon Refunds: In Prep, you can now refund money for randomly purchased weapons. This adds flexibility to the planning process and allows players to correct mistakes without penalty.
Subtick System Improvements: The game should now seem smoother and more enjoyable. When the movement key is released, the timing of the subtick is now transmitted correctly. The third player in the sub can now shoot, and camera recovery after a head hit is now independent of client-side lag.
Changes with smoke: Shotguns now have larger bullet holes, and smoke dispersion time from a fragmentation grenade has been reduced.
VAC and bans during the match: VAC can now ban players during the match and forcibly end it. Ranks will not be lost, experience will be counted.
Multibunding: Returned the ability to assign multiple actions to one key, with the exception of jumpthrow, which is now built into the game.
Animation and sound improvements: Animations are now smoother, and the sound in FAMAS has been changed.
Community Content Creation: It is now easier to create skins, stickers, and maps. By downloading tools from the Workshop, you can start creating right from the game menu.
Improvements for map designers: The Hammer level editor now uses ray tracing with acceleration on the GPU, which has reduced compilation time.
