New Genshin Impact 2.8 patch
The developers have confirmed rumors about a new hero of the game, which will appear with the update. It will be Shikanoin Heizo with the basic four stars. In the Genshin Impact 2.8 announcement it was mentioned that new quests and storyline will be added.
All of this will be directly related to this character of the game. Moreover, the developers have promised to bring back the Golden Apple Archipelago temporary event, which was last held during the release of Patch 1.6.
Kazuhi will also receive an expansion of available quests and story missions. Other innovations include a temporary Fischl farming event with a unique skin!
New banners for the game
Genshin Impact 2.8 will also affect the character banners. A total of two new banners have been promised. They will be available one by one: the first will open with the July 13 patch, and the second will open a couple of weeks after the release.
In the first banner, three characters will be available: Kazuha, Kli, and Shikaoin Heizo. In the second one, Yemiya.
