Creeps play a significant role in the game, as they help players farm the necessary amount of gold to improve their team. In some cases, they are used to increase the chances of winning battles. Every Dota 2 player should understand everything about creeps, how to use them, and what to do with them.

Small Camps

Kobolds are the weakest creeps, making them perfect for farming. They drop a decent amount of gold and experience. They appear in large groups, and each one has low health, making them highly beneficial for players.

Hill Trolls are also relatively weak, dealing very little damage, with their main feature being their ability to heal each other. However, their healing is not particularly effective, as they die quickly when damaged normally.

Ghosts are admittedly weak creeps, but they have an interesting ability: they can slow down your heroes, which can be quite annoying when enemies are nearby.

Harpies don’t stand out in terms of strength compared to other creeps, but they have interesting abilities as well. They can deal significant damage with lightning attacks.

Medium Camps

Centaurs are very dangerous creeps with high damage and good magic resistance. Small Centaurs also have a stomp ability. The big Centaur can stun all nearby enemies.

Wildwing Rippers are challenging enemies that deal considerable damage. They can also cast a tornado that disrupts enemy movements.

Satyrs do not have a significant health pool or damage output. They can burn mana and remove various effects from enemies, slowing them down in the process.

Ogres, unlike many others, are not convenient for farming due to their high health. The special blue Ogre has the ability to slow down all its attackers and can provide armor to allies.

Golems have good magic resistance and a high health pool, making them unpopular for farming. They also have the ability to deliver a special disabling blow.

Large Camps

Satyrs, especially the large ones, can deal significant damage to all enemies on the map. Plus, they can heal allies and use a magical ball.

Trolls have good ranged damage, and some of them can summon skeletons. This creep has a special net ability that can immobilize an opponent.

Ancient Camps

Marauders are considered the most challenging creeps by players. They have regeneration and bonus vampirism abilities. They deal massive damage and have numerous spells that can significantly harm opponents.
