In the third season of The Witcher, a new villain from Sapkowski’s books will appear: who is he and how is he related to Geralt?

Netflix will please fans of The Witcher with another villain in the third season of the series. It will be The Professor, a character from the books of Andrzej Sapkowski, who will be played by Sunny Patel, a famous gamer and actor. In the books, the Professor is a dangerous assassin chasing Ciri and Yennefer, but in the 2007 game The Witcher he also has a role.

It is not yet known exactly how the Professors will fit into the plot of the third season, but perhaps he will pursue Geralt, Ciri and Yennefer, who are on the run. But at the same time, it is interesting how Geralt and the Professor are connected.

The new season of The Witcher does not yet have an exact release date, but it is known that this will be the last season with Henry Cavill as Geralt. In the fourth season, he will be REPLACED by Liam Hemsworth.
