Call of Duty: Warzone 1.23 update from June 30, 2020

More recently, the global update Call of Duty Warzone & Modern Warfare Update 1.23 has been released, in which the developers have implemented really a lot of new, useful and very interesting things.

This update has been available for download since June 29, and every fan of the cult game can already experience all the delights and innovations that have touched the patch. Let’s take a closer look at them.

The new patch update takes from 22 to 36 Gb, depending on the device you are playing on. Such a volume will have to be downloaded by the owners of the official, licensed version of the game. The same gamers who use the free version of Warzone will need to download 22 to 30 Gb on their device.

What’s Included in Warzone Update 1.23

In total, the patch contains several dozen innovations, but we have highlighted the most important of them.

Updated weapons of the Gulag

More recently, representatives of Infinity Ward announced the update of the CoD combat zone, and partly said that it will have a lot of new weapons. This weapon now hits a 1v1 area.

What specific weapons will you see in the update:

• sniper rifles;
• semi-automatic rifles;
• Throwing Knife;
• “ordinary fists”.

New type of contracts

A brand new contract called Supply Run is also available in the update. Immediately after activating it, your task will be to go to the nearest purchase station.

If you manage to get to this buy station within a strictly allotted time, then certain items in the “shop” will be available at lower prices.

New package to start

And it only costs $4.99. At the same time, in the starter package you will find a lot of useful things:

• 500 CP points;
• Amalgam Shotgun Blueprint (Legendary);
• Kryucheg-Alchemist snik (epic);
• business card Card-Breathe Easy (epic);
• Emblem “Culture of the Vulture” (epic);
• 60 minutes of play with 2x experience.

Fighting area for 200 people

With the new update, Warzone now supports 200 fighters. Therefore, now you can jump into Verdansk without any problems, taking Quad with you and fighting 49 teams.

As you already understood, this will be an Unreal epic, exciting show that also takes place in real time. The new combat zone will allow gamers to get the highest kill rates, as an additional 50 gamers will be waiting in the lobby.

New Spotter Scope Equipment

In the Verdansk World, all gamers noticed the difficulty of viewing fighters at long distances. Of course, you can always pick up a sniper to increase your view, but the reflections of the sun from the scope can point the enemy at you.

The new sight has increased power (range) and will allow you to examine the enemy in almost every detail at a distance of even several miles.

In addition, an additional piece of equipment can also be used to mark the enemy (without your detection), because here everything happens without “sunbeams” (reflections from the sight).

With all this, the Spotter Scope can be used both for an attacking style of play and as a negative strategy.

New buffs and nerfs

In addition to all of the above, new buffs with nerfs appeared in the update. Let’s analyze them further.

HDR:

• regardless of distance, the enemy takes guaranteed damage.

AX-50:

• damage range is increased.

Kar98k:

• ADS get increased speed;
• the level from the hip will be slightly less;
• damage range increases;

MK2 carbine:

• movement speed increases;
• damage range increases.

Dragonuv:

• ADS will have increased speed;
• recoil will be reduced;
• firing speed increases.

FAL:

• at close range, damage increases;
• increases the likelihood of a one-shot to the head.

AK-47:

• the ADS speed increases.

CR-56Amax:

• damage dealt will be reduced.

MP5:

• damage range is reduced;
• damage is reduced;
• damage over long distances is also reduced;
• returns increase

Grau 5.56:

• damage will be reduced;
• returns will be slightly increased;
• recoil compensation will be slightly reduced;
• range will be reduced when using Archangel, FSS 20.8 Tempus 26.4.
