Heartbeat Sensor: CoD: Warzone Guide.

In any Call of Duty series, you can find various useful gadgets that significantly simplify navigation on the maps, orientation on the terrain, teamwork, monitoring health with armor, and killing enemies.

One of such devices is a Heartbeat Sensor, which is designed like a tablet and allows you to determine the enemy’s location. The device works in a cone-like area and operates up to 50 meters in front of your character.

Depending on your playstyle and character level, besides the Heartbeat Sensor, you can choose grenades with various effects:

Flashbang
Smoke
Stun
Decoy
Snapshot
Gas
What Is the Heartbeat Sensor Used For

If you are a newcomer to Call of Duty: Warzone, then you absolutely need to learn all the ins and outs of using this sensor. It should become your “second hand” in the game. Here’s why:

Lack of Sound Positioning: Warzone does not have traditional sound positioning. Therefore, the Heartbeat Sensor becomes a crucial tool for determining enemy positions.

Solo Play: If you’re playing solo, it’s quite different from group multiplayer games. Every corner of the map can potentially hide a seated enemy.

However, it’s important to note that characters with the Ghost perk activated will not appear on your Heartbeat Sensor.

How to Use the Heartbeat Sensor

First and foremost, you need to equip the Heartbeat Sensor in your additional equipment loadout. You can also find the sensor as part of regular loot. To use the sensor, simply press the button for your additional equipment.

Once you press the button, your character will take out the sensor and scan the cone-like area in front of you. You don’t need to wait for the sensor to finish scanning; enemies will appear as bright dots immediately after activation.
