Deepfake has caused a new scandal around Twitch

The Twitch community has expressed strong criticism of the behavior of streamer Atrioc Ewing. He was caught watching erotic content using Deepfake. Ewing subscribed to a site that generated videos and photos using images of famous people.

This became known during one of his broadcasts, when viewers noticed a link to a similar site in his browser. It turned out that Ewing was watching an erotic video created from images of his female counterparts from Twitch.

Recent events point to the spread of fake celebrity erotic material. Popular content makers including Pokimane, QTCinderella, Sweet Anita and others have fallen victim to this activity. They criticize the actions of the streamer Atrioc and call them unacceptable.

Brookeab noted that such cases negatively affect the position of women in the industry, and QTCinderella decided to sue the creators of the site that hosts fake erotic materials.

Atrioc has apologized for its behavior, calling its interest in such content “unhealthy”. He stated that he did not mean to hurt women and apologized again on Twitter, where he stated that he was moving away from content creation in order to correct himself and fight the spread of fake material.
