Open-world games always hide some secrets and many Easter eggs. It’s what makes players smile extra and makes the game world much more interesting. The game GTA 5 was released back in 2013, but the interest in it has not faded among millions of players. Many replay the story, complete missions, or simply roam the county.
This project has not lost its popularity, which it has earned over the years. The reason for the popularity of GTA 5 lies in its freedom of action and open world. Here, players can find many interesting things, but you need to look carefully around. Here are some of the most hidden secrets of the game:
- ROMAN RED DEAD – Red Dead Redemption is often called “GTA with horses.” Indeed, there are many similarities between these two game series. You can often find the Red Dead book on some bookshelves. This is a specific reference, and John Marston is one of the protagonists in the first and second parts of the series;
- Thelma & Louise – this is a movie about two friends who find themselves on the wrong side of the law and plan to escape to Mexico. If you’re lucky, you can fly a helicopter near Raton Canyon around 7-8 o’clock and witness one of the key scenes;
- The Jolene Ghost – many GTA 5 fans are aware of this secret. If you climb up Mount Gordo around 11 p.m., you can see the ghost of a woman who was killed by her own husband. It’s not the safest place for a stroll, as the local residents can quickly kill the protagonist;
- Familiar Jacket – the player needs to go to a cheap clothing store in the Blaine County area and take a close look at the assortment to find the Champagne Driver Blouson, a white jacket with black trim and a gold crab on the back;
- Whale Skeleton – the game map hides many unusual things. Players can encounter ghosts, murders, flying saucers, and much more. The main attraction is the skeleton of a large whale, which can be found on the ocean floor by diving off the coast of Banham Canyon;
- Playboy Founder’s Mansion – this mansion is located near the Los Santos Club. There’s nothing unusual about it except for its architecture and famous parties;
- Lost Hatch from “Lost” – the hatch from the popular TV series attracts many players. If you dive underwater off the coast of Sandy Shores, you can find it there;
- Frozen Alien – the existence of UFOs in GTA 5 doesn’t surprise anyone. This Easter egg can only be found during the prologue. Many players are too engrossed in what’s happening and simply drive past it. After the robbery in North Yankton, the player needs to get to the car and escape. This involves driving along a frozen river. If you stop and don’t reach the bridge across the river, exit the car and go down to the water’s edge, you can see an alien under the ice.
