Dota 2 – Battle Pass 2022 (September 1, 2022)

Dota 2 released its highly anticipated Battle Pass today, which will reward players with new “special features and legendary rewards. This year’s Battle Pass is in two parts and will last four months.

Discover the new Battle Pass, divided into two parts. The first is dedicated to honoring The International, with the conclusion of which the second will begin. In it, we’ll celebrate the end of the tournament season in a frosty variation of the classic Rise of Darkness. Following the annual tradition, the pass is filled with top-notch treasures and features, both new and old, that are sure to fill your game with new embellishments and fun.

The first part of the Battle Pass will focus on The International 2022 – it will run from September 1 to November 2. The second installment will add an in-game event to Dota 2 – an updated version of Diretide – which will be available from November 3 to January 12. Battle Pass rewards include:

an arcana for Faceless Void with an unlockable style;
Arcana for Razor;
an alternate personality for Phantom Assassin;
alternate personality for Crystal Miaden;
a prestige set for Primal Beast;
two Immortal Treasures;
new skins for the tower, the upgradable messenger, and special wards;
new taunts, graffiti, consumables, and emoticons;
new sounds for the chat wheel, a set of music and river spells;
seasonal effects, themed sets, Trust of the Benefactor and Ageless Heirlooms 2022 treasuries;
sticker capsules;
catacombs, weekly quests, improved “types,” support clubs, fantasy and more.

As before, 25% of Battle Pass sales go to The International 2022 prize pool. The Battle Pass price is 385 rubles; for a set with 50 and 100 levels you have to pay 1830 rubles and 2820 rubles, respectively. Russian users can use our guide to fill up their Steam wallet.

Graffiti

Express emotion without even opening your mouth. Updated graffiti for the chat wheel allows you to put images directly on the ground, only now they are visible in the fog of war, and you can do it even after death. Now both allies and foes are sure to know your opinion.

Unleash a cheerful cacophony of new seasonal sounds for the chat wheel. A multitude of new effects – including commentators in Spanish and Portuguese – and the good old sounds of yesteryear can perfectly convey almost any emotion.

Give the battles a new musical twist, written for you by the titular composer of games, movies, and TV shows, Harry Shaiman.

Spells of the River Returns

These arcane spells allow you to change the contents and color of the river for everyone in the game. Simply activate a spell by entering the river to change it for three minutes. Each spell can only be used once per game, but the total number of uses is unlimited.

Collectible Aegis of Champions Rewards

Battle-hardened legends who reach level 1000 will receive not only a special glow effect on the in-game aegis by the fountain, but also a collectible metal miniature of the famous winners trophy, made in 1:5 scale.
