To make a gift, a player must meet certain conditions, which were introduced to limit any potential abuses. The conditions are as follows: the player’s account must be above level 20, you can send a maximum of three heroes and items per day, and you must be friends in the game for at least a week.

To send a gift to a friend, you should first go to the game’s store, select the “Gifts” section, review the categories where you can send gifts or make a request. Then, you should choose the hero or other item you want to send and in the open window, add your friend’s icon to whom you want to make a nice gift. After that, confirm the send request and wait for your friend’s gratitude.
