Leaked GTA VI / new leaks and rumors

What we learned:

It’s definitely Vice City.
Club Malibu will be back.
The new zone, the port.
Weapons can be moved from hand to hand.
Weapons can be picked up from the floor.
Heroes communicate via phone, just like in GTA V, the What Up app popped up
Seen with PC and PS4 (whatooooo?)
There will be random events like Bonnie and Clyde mysteries, a hovercraft, and more
How was it leaked?

A hacker hacked into Rockstar’s systems. What’s more, he says he has the source code for the game and is extorting money.
