If you’ve been experiencing performance issues in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on Steam, don’t despair! Developers promise to fix the bugs, but players have already found several ways to improve FPS on any PC.

You can find a configuration file on the Nexus Mods website that helps eliminate delays in the game. It’s universal for games on Unreal Engine 4, including Jedi: Survivor. How to use this file? Simply add it to the game folder and rename it to Engine.ini.

Settings in GameUserSettings.ini

• AntiAliasing = 0;
• Resolution Quality = 100%;
• Desired Screen Height = True;
• All variables with Fullscreen parameter = 1;
• All variables with height/width parameters – depending on your display resolution;
• All other visual settings = 3 (for “Epic” graphics quality, only on powerful PCs).

But that’s not all! One Reddit user with the username SpicyMemeSyndrome shared their settings that helped them increase the average frame rate from 55 to 105 in small locations and up to 80 in open areas. They enabled the Resizable BAR feature in settings and made changes to the GameUserSettings.ini file and NVIDIA control panel settings.

Don’t forget to select “Read Only” in the GameUserSettings.ini file settings so that the game doesn’t change the parameters. In the NVIDIA control panel, enable anisotropic filtering, choose the “Application-controlled” mode for anti-aliasing, and set the DSR parameter depending on your hardware.
