Hazard Zone: A Thrilling Addition to Battlefield 2042
Hazard Zone – the most mysterious (because almost nothing is said about it) and the most anticipated (because it’s supposedly free) mode in Battlefield 2042.
Essentially, all we know about it is that it’s a mode similar to Escape from Tarkov, on a separate map. There will be KB (knowledge base) there, but as a temporary mode (and in Portal, there won’t be any KB at all). But it seems that due to the tight development schedule, there won’t be a separate map.
Today, we learned:
- It’s essential to play as a team and be a team player (solo play probably won’t be available at the start).
- Achievement: Successfully acquire 50 hard disks from Hazard Zone (this is reminiscent of Tarkov).
- Achievement: Successfully evacuate 25 times.
- Achievement: Evacuate without losing a single team member.
