New Multiplayer Features in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone.
Within the framework of the third season, on May 18th, Activision released a new update for the multiplayer online shooter Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and its free-to-play counterpart, Warzone. This information was announced on the official website of the development company, Infinity Ward.
In Modern Warfare, players can explore two new maps—Hardhat, available in the “Survival” mode, and Aisle 9 for the “Fire Contract” mode in multiplayer. Additionally, the multiplayer mode has received six new modes: Realism Moshpit, Blueprint Gunfight, Reinfected Ground War, and others.
In the Warzone battle royale, developers have reintroduced the “Most Wanted” contract and the “Blood Money Quads” mode. Furthermore, five blueprints have been updated, a new crate containing armor plates has been added to the loot pool, and a legendary-quality SKS sniper rifle has been incorporated. Another notable change is related to the Gulag mode, where players are now randomly equipped with assault rifles and SMGs for combat.
