April 21, 2023 Dota 2 update: Streamer rostislav_999 banned for smurfing

In the latest Dota 2 update patch 7.33, there have been some unexpected changes for streamer Rostislav “rostislav_999” Protaseni. His account in the game was suspended until January 19, 2038 for using his subscriber’s account in the process of smurfing. However, the streamer’s personal account was not affected by the ban.

This is not the first success for Rostislav. Previously, he was recognized as the most valuable player in an online tournament for streamers called BetBoom Streamers Battle 2 and received 200 thousand rubles for this.
