The developers have introduced a new damage mechanic related to NPCs (Non-Player Characters). Poletaev believes this could be a precursor to an upcoming operation or a new feature for other games running on the Source 2 engine.

Secret Console Command: Remove Smoke Grenades Instantly

Additionally, the game files revealed a new console command, sv_kill_smokegrenade. This command will allow players to instantly clear the map of smoke grenades. Although the function is not yet active, it’s already visible in the console.
