New Generation of Intel Processors: What Will Change and How It Will Affect the Market?

The largest producer of computer processors, Intel, has announced a rebranding of its products in anticipation of the launch of the 14th generation Intel Meteor Lake. Recently, an unknown chip with the name Core Ultra 5 1003H was spotted in the Ashes of the Singularity benchmark, confirming changes in branding. According to an Intel representative, the names of the new processors have not been disclosed yet.

Experts speculate that the word “Ultra” in the name of the new chip may indicate a similarity to Apple’s processor lineups, such as the M1 Ultra. Users expect that the new Intel processors will adopt names like Core, Pro, and Max, similar to Apple’s product nomenclature. If this happens, it could lead to significant changes in the processor market.

Furthermore, there are rumors that the “i” series might disappear, marking the end of its 15-year history. However, these are currently just speculations, and the company promises to provide more information about the new processors in the coming weeks. We eagerly await updates from Intel and prepare for changes in the computer processor market!
