Roskomnadzor included Discord and Yappy in the register of social networks

Now there are 15 sites in this register: VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Telegram, LiveJournal, Pikabu, Zen, RuTube, YouTube, Likee, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitch, Discord and Yappy.

This means that social networks are obliged to independently identify and block prohibited information – child pornography, suicidal, pro-drug content and others.

For non-compliance with the law, owners face a fine of up to ₽8 million.
