Olympic soccer champion Sydney Leroux found herself in the spotlight when she criticized her in-game appearance in FIFA 23. Although she was happy to see herself in the game, she was not happy with the way she was portrayed.

Leroux asked the game’s developers to reduce her breasts to a realistic size and change her jersey. She also noted that her character didn’t look like her in real life at all.

“They added a headband, a braid, a neck tattoo, overly plucked eyebrows, and someone even decided to make me busty! Reduce my breasts a little and wear a different T-shirt. You can still keep your eyebrows,” Leroux wrote on her Twitter.

Sydney also stated that she didn’t intend to scan her body for the game, and it’s not her problem if the developers can’t make her character look like her.

“Please don’t tell me I completely scanned my whole body to see that in a game. You will scare my children,” Leroux added.

This scandal has not gone unnoticed among the fans of the game, and many have expressed their opinions about the situation on social networks. Nevertheless, the developers of FIFA 23 have not yet made a statement about it.
