Immediately after the announcement of Mortal Kombat 1, fans of the series could not resist comparing the appearance of fighters with previous installments. As a result of this comparative analysis blogger SHAAR published a fascinating two-minute video, which clearly demonstrates the changes in the design of the characters, focusing in particular on Mortal Kombat 11.
It turns out that in the new Mortal Kombat 1, the developers decided to change the approach to the appearance of iconic characters. Unlike previous parts, where Scorpion and Sab-Zero were represented as mysterious ninjas, almost devoid of human features, in new game everything is changed. These characters now look more like regular human fighters, but with recognizable elements such as masks and colored costumes. And Kun Lao seems to have decided to grow his hair out and now appears before us with long hair.
Mortal Kombat 1 will officially release on September 19 on various platforms, including PC, PS5, Switch and Xbox Series. So far, the developers claim to have about 20 characters that will be available in the game.
