References to Counter-Strike 2 or Source 2 version of CS:GO found in NVIDIA service

Mentions of Counter-Strike 2 or the Source 2 version of CS:GO were found in the NVIDIA service. In the NVIDIA control panel, game profiles called Counter-Strike 2 were noticed. Reddit user DAOWAce drew attention to this. His find was later reported by Aquarius developer and content maker Maxim Gabe Follower Poletaev.

The corresponding profiles are called Counter-strike 2 and refer to two different executable files: CS2.exe and csgos2.exe. According to Poletaev, both mentions of unknown versions of the shooter appeared in the NVIDIA control panel with one of the driver updates from the same company in February 2023.
