  • Community streamers may show major matches using only DotaTV as a source. Re-streaming of official broadcasts, including those presented in the Dota 2 client, is prohibited.
  • Streaming matches of the tournament is allowed only for non-commercial purposes. During coverage of the event third-party caster may not place overlays, logos, links, banners and any other materials of brands and sponsors on the broadcast, including during breaks between games.
  • Commercial studios that have not received the rights to cover the tournament cannot act as a community caster. Individual streaming by employees of such organizations also qualifies as commercial and is not allowed.
  • Community streamers must have a good reputation in the community.
  • The viewers of unofficial broadcasts should be notified that the streamer’s position may not coincide with the position of the tournament organizers. They should also not state that they are affiliated with PGL, Valve, or the tournament in any way.
  • Community streamers and their on-air partners are responsible for creating a positive image of The International 2022 during broadcasts. This applies to content both during cast and on social media.
  • PGL reserves the right to change the rules of the community cast at its sole discretion.
