Activision Blizzard Is Leaving the Russian Market.

Activision Blizzard has shown support for the Ukrainian people during the recent events.

• – Sales of new games in Russia are being canceled
• – Microtransactions in games in Russia are being canceled
• – Activision Blizzard employees in Ukraine are being helped and supported
• – They have already donated $300,000 in a 2:1 ratio (employees/organizations)
• – Next week, they will add more funds and increase the minimum donation from $1000 to $10,000
• – Company employees from Poland (likely IW Poland) are helping Ukrainian refugees

Well, here I would like to take a moment to reflect on all those who, as soon as I wrote the first post in support of Ukraine, responded by saying they are apolitical and that this channel is all about games. The politics of the country in which each of us lives affects absolutely every sphere of activity, and being apolitical ≈ living inadequately.

And, of course, let’s avoid any conflicts. There’s no need to insult each other in the comments, as it’s clear that the majority of Russia’s population is not involved, and blame lies with one individual and their henchmen. I honestly believe that this will all come to an end very soon.
