Don’t Expect Hogwarts Legacy, Suicide Squad, and Gotham Knights at E3 2021

As the official Summer Game Fest account revealed in a tweet, Warner Bros. had only one dedicated presentation at E3 2021. What’s most interesting is that it was entirely focused on a cooperative shooter. Players will be battling zombies in the game Back 4 Blood, developed by a popular team of developers, which was released on June 14 at 00:00 according to Moscow time.

In addition to the above, the company announced Hogwarts Legacy, Suicide Squad, and Gotham Knights. It’s already clear that none of these three games will be showcased at E3 2021, and possibly not even this year. The release is scheduled for 2022, but everything can change at any moment. E3 2021 always keeps expectations in check since many publishers are unlikely to showcase their major announced games.

For example, Square Enix may likely skip showcasing Final Fantasy XVI, and Microsoft may not present the second part of Hellblade, Fable, State of Decay 3, Perfect Dark, and especially The Elder Scrolls 6. As of today, there is no precise information, so modern gamers will have to wait a bit.
