So preloading the campaign and multiplayer and what will be the files in general

Preload:

According to the PlayStation database the campaign preload will happen on October 19, so that already 20 preordered can play, I think that the other platforms will get the preload then, too.

But the full game can be downloaded as early as October 21 to go straight to the 28th. I think on the PC will be later, there will instantly go to the files and spoiler everything.

Files:

The game has 5 file packs – 2 with the campaign, 1 with multiplayer, 1 with special operations and 1 with Warzone 2.0.

So apparently, if you own MWII you can just download the missing files and Warzone will be your 4th mode, while for free players it will be a separate game. That is the difference with MW19 is that Warzone can be removed. I think on the other platforms as well.
