PUBG: New State – Game Announcement. Battle Royale for smartphones

Korean studio Krafton plans to develop the franchise PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds: PUBG Studio will release another mobile battle royale – PUBG: New State.

It is noted that developers Tencent, who gave us PUBG Mobile is not involved in the project. However, all the key mechanics and elements of the game will be preserved, only adapted for smartphones. It is noted that in the new version of the game New State storyline will take place in 2051.

Players will be given new weapons, high-tech devices – drones. I’d like to mention that the first trailer of the game PUBG: New State shows excellent altered gameplay. At the moment, pre-registration for the game is taking place on Google Play.

PUBG: New State will be released on Android, iPhone later this year. What do you think about this new version of the game? How new is it or did they change a couple of models and packaged it as “a new game with a story about the future”?
